What this site is
This website describes the Akontec Business Operations Partner Programme, operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance. Participation depends on approval, a signed partner agreement and an Opportunity Activation Sheet for each opportunity.
No guarantee of income
The programme is performance-based. Earnings depend on actual sales, conversions, completed transactions and delivered operations. Nothing on this site is a promise or forecast of income. Examples, including split illustrations and calculator results, are illustrative and are not rates offered for any opportunity.
Not an investment scheme
No fee is charged to acquire a project, and the programme is not an investment, deposit or franchise scheme. Partners bear their own operating costs.
Opportunities change
The apps, vendors and opportunities available may change with vendor availability, demand and the stage of the programme. Exclusivity or territory protection is never implied by this site.
Content and marks
Akontec, Akon One and the app names on this site are marks used by Akontec. Content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Akontec is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site alone.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
