Who we are

What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, designation, company details, email, mobile number, city, state, GSTIN if given, team size, languages, and the apps and roles you are interested in. Our server also records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser and time of request, used for security and to prevent spam.
Why we use it
- To assess your application and contact you about the partner programme
- To prepare partner agreements and activation sheets if you proceed
- To protect the site from abuse
We rely on your consent, given on the application form, and on steps you ask us to take before entering an agreement. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Akontec's partner desk and the people who process partner onboarding. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We share details with a business vendor only once you are an active partner on that vendor's opportunity, and only what the work needs.
How long we keep it
Applications that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months. Records of active partners are kept for the length of the agreement and as required by law afterwards.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to support@akontec.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It uses no third-party analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
